Tom from FSA Coaching has got me to my first IronMan 70.3. I highly recommend FSA Coaching. I used the Individual Coaching Service. Tom setup the plan based on my current fitness and abilities and customised plans which were uploaded directly to Training Peaks. Made it very easy to see what training was occurring each day and even the detailed breakdown of the individual sessions.

The plan was customised based on my personal availability and Tom would very quickly modify the plan if my own family plans etc change. I also had a couple of injuries that occurred (unrelated to the training… me just doing stupid stuff!) and Tom managed to adapt the plan to think of innovative ways for the training to continue and work around the injuries. Very responsive to any questions or emails I sent.

I highly recommend FSA Coaching to anyone looking for a coach.
