FSA Coaching runs a number of squads and training sessions on the Kāpiti Coast. Below are the squads and sessions we’re running during Winter 2018. Contact us to find out about joining up to any of the sessions.
Our triathlon squads are currently on hold over winter.
We work with the Kāpiti Running & Tri Club and our squads are heavily discounted for members of the club. Our squads are also free (i.e. included in the monthly fee) for athletes on the FSA Coaching plan.
All our squads are Pay As You Go (PAYG), so you don’t need to worry about missing the odd session when you’re on holiday, off racing or (heaven forbid) out injured.
Junior Cross-country Training
For 2018, we’re restarting our junior cross-country training sessions. The sessions will kick off from 17 April 2018. These sessions are aimed at junior cross-country runners from 7-15 years old who are keen to improve their cross country skills, speed and endurance for school events, inter-club and regionals.

The Kāpiti Tri Squad is a group for triathletes based on the Kāpiti Coast to train together and have fun! Over the Summer of 2017-18 we are running a number of sessions for squad athletes.

Our Junior Tri Squad is aimed at 10-15 year old triathletes looking to improve their skills, speed and endurance. Over the Summer of 2017-18 we are running a number of sessions for junior squad athletes.

* Minimum requirements for our Junior Swim Squad are the ability to swim 200m freestyle without stopping. Our swim squad is aimed at juniors looking to improve their endurance and swim skills and is not a learn to swim class.
